Scentfind dispatches authentic Arabian perfume from the United Kingdom. This policy applies only to orders placed at scentfind.co.uk.
1. Processing time
Weekday orders are packed the same day where possible. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends are processed the next working day.
2. UK delivery
Tracked UK shipping starts at ?3.99. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. A tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves us.
3. International delivery
We ship selected orders outside the UK. Duties, taxes and longer transit times may apply depending on the destination.
4. Failed delivery
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or an uncollected pickup, we will contact you. Re-shipment may carry an extra postage charge.
