Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scentfind. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same sellable condition in which you received it.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at contact@scentfind.co.uk with your order number and request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outer box.
- Mail your package to our returns facility address listed below.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. You may choose your own trackable carrier method, or we can provide a prepaid shipping label (worth £3.99) and deduct the fee of £3.99 from your final refund amount.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned package and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at contact@scentfind.co.uk.
