1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We ship all packages domestically within the United Kingdom. Standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Package Dimensions & Weight
For transparency and carrier compliance, each individual perfume product in our catalog is packaged with standard dimensions of 12x12x12 cm and a weight of approximately 600g.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our support team immediately at contact@scentfind.co.uk with your order number. We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
